We never sell carrier-locked devices, so you're always free to choose your own plan.

What warranty do you offer on refurbished phones?

All refurbished phones come with a 3 to 6 month warranty covering hardware defects including screen, battery, buttons, and internal components. Before every sale, our technicians thoroughly test each device - checking battery health, screen integrity, camera functionality, speakers, microphones, and connectivity. If any issue arises within the warranty period, simply bring the device back and we'll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 (10 AM to 8 PM) and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00 (10 AM to 3 PM). We are closed on Sundays.
