Troubleshooting Common eSIM Issues
eSIM Not Activating
Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi during activation. Restart your phone and try scanning the QR code again. Some carriers require you to activate within 24 hours of purchase.
No Signal After Setup
Go to Settings → Cellular and make sure the eSIM plan is set as the default for data. Toggle airplane mode on and off to force a network reconnection.
QR Code Not Scanning
